Abstract

The challenge of infertility as a result of inability of a man and a woman to achieve pregnancy within one year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse has been a global problem. Th e study is therefore designed to investigate the effect of diu rnal variation, vitamin D and melatonin supplementation on the sperm parameters, hormonal milieu, oxidative stress and histomorphology in the wistar rat testes.
